Complete demolition of the existing bathroom and professional disposal of all construction waste. Includes replacement of all water-carrying and wastewater pipes within the apartment,* as well as minor adjustments to the sanitary fixtures to optimise function and layout.
Waterproofing
Complete waterproofing and professional liquid waterproofing of all floor areas and wet-zone walls to professional standards for bathroom and wet-room construction: long-term protection against moisture, water damage and mould.
Installation & Completion
Professional installation of all tiles and sanitary fixtures including final connections and commissioning. The ceiling surface is prepared and painted with moisture-resistant white paint.*
Design & Raumgestaltung
Complete redesign of the bathroom from the ground up with full flexibility in the floor-plan layout. Includes the routing of all water and wastewater connections within the apartment to realise an optimised new bathroom layout (e.g. positioning of toilet, washbasin or shower).* Concealed fittings can optionally be installed for a modern, minimalist design.
